Privacy Notice
Last updated: 11 October 2026
This notice explains what personal data this website handles, what happens when you write to us, and what will happen to your email address when you join the Quantsiv waitlist.
In short
- Quantsiv is run by Ludovico Corsini, who is responsible for your data.
- The waitlist is not open yet. This website does not ask for or store your email address today.
- If you email us, our email provider, Zoho, stores your message for us in its EU data centres, and Zoho support staff in India may access it. We delete general messages 12 months after the conversation ends.
- When the waitlist opens, we will use your email address to tell you about Quantsiv's launch, and only after you confirm it.
- You can unsubscribe at any time.
- This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics.
Who is responsible
Quantsiv is not yet a registered company. It is run by Ludovico Corsini, an individual based in the Netherlands, who decides how the data described in this notice is used and is responsible for it. Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), that makes Ludovico Corsini the controller. In this notice, "we" and "us" mean Ludovico Corsini.

When you visit this website
This website is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc. (United States). When you visit, GitHub logs your IP address for security purposes, whether or not you are signed in to GitHub. GitHub decides how those logs are used, under its own privacy statement, which names GitHub, Inc. (United States) or GitHub B.V. (the Netherlands) as the controller (see also About GitHub Pages). We do not receive those logs. GitHub states that it complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and that, for transfers to countries without an EU adequacy decision, it generally relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
When you join the waitlist
This section applies once the waitlist opens.
What we collect
Your email address, the date you joined and the date you confirmed your address. Nothing else.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use your email address to tell you when Quantsiv opens, to invite you to early access and to send occasional updates about the launch. We do not sell it, share it for advertising or use it for anything else.
We rely on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). After you join, you receive an email asking you to confirm your address, and we add you to the list only once you confirm. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email, or by writing to privacy@quantsiv.com. Withdrawing does not affect what we did before.
Who else handles it
An email service will store the list and send our emails on our behalf, under a data processing agreement. Before the waitlist opens, this notice will name that service and say where it stores the data.
How long we keep it
- We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. When you unsubscribe, we remove your address from the list and keep only a record that it unsubscribed, so that we do not email it again.
- If you do not confirm your address, we do not add it to the list, and we delete it.
- If Quantsiv does not go ahead, we delete the whole list within 6 months.
- If Quantsiv becomes a registered company, that company will take over the list and this notice will name it. We will email you before that happens, and you can unsubscribe.
When you write to us
If you email us, we use your email address, your message and anything you include in it to answer you and to handle your request. You do not have to write to us, but if you do, we need your email address to reply. When you exercise a right under the GDPR, we handle your request because the law requires us to (GDPR Article 6(1)(c), with Articles 12 and 15 to 22). For other messages, we rely on our legitimate interest in reading and answering messages sent to us (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
Our email for quantsiv.com is provided by Zoho Corporation B.V. (the Netherlands), which stores these messages on our behalf in Zoho's EU data centres (Amsterdam, the Netherlands, with a backup in Dublin, Ireland). Zoho's support staff in India (Zoho Corporation Private Limited) may access them to provide technical support. India does not have an EU adequacy decision, so Zoho covers this access with standard contractual clauses between its Dutch and Indian companies, based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (GDPR Article 46(2)(c)). You can ask us for more information at privacy@quantsiv.com.
We keep general messages for 12 months after our last reply, or after we receive them if we do not reply, and then delete them within a month. We keep requests to exercise your rights, with our answers, for 2 years after we close them, so that we can show how we handled them. We keep a message longer only if we need it to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, and only for as long as that lasts. Zoho removes deleted messages from its backups within 3 months.
Your rights
You can ask us, free of charge: for a copy of the data we hold about you and how we use it (access); to correct it; to delete it; and to limit how we use it (restriction). Once the waitlist is open, you can also ask for your waitlist data in a common, machine-readable format, or to have it sent directly to another organisation, where that is technically possible (portability). Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Write to privacy@quantsiv.com. We answer without undue delay and within one month. If a request is complex, or we receive many, we may need up to two more months; if so, we tell you within the first month and explain why. To make sure we give your data only to you, we ask for no more than we need, usually a reply from the email address the request concerns.
Your right to object
Where we rely on our legitimate interests, such as when we answer your messages, you can object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then stop, unless we have compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, or we need the data to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. To object, write to privacy@quantsiv.com.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or to the data protection authority in the EU or EEA country where you live, work or think the problem happened.
